IMPORTANT-READ: ETC655 Final Grade Posted

Dear ETC655 Students,

The final grades have been posted in the grade book on BBLearn.  Please check your grade on BBLearn ASAP.  If you have questions on your grade, please contact me by midnight Wednesday, 12/18/2019.  Otherwise, I will assume you agree with your grade if I don't hear from you.

Have you seen the finalized eBook edited by Matt? It is an excellent book. It shows and reads well. Don't forget to let Matt knows how much you appreciate his hard work. It is not an easy task to edit an eBook. Download a copy of the full book for your own references. In addition, you should include your chapter publication in your resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV).

I highly recommend that you save and print a copy of your grade book for your own records.  From now on, please forward your correspondence to my NAU e-mail account at Chih.Tu@Nau.Edu. I suggest that you save a copy of our course materials for your own records as well.

During the session, we have joined various social network groups, please free to leave the groups, such as ETC655 Twitter or ETC655 Facebook Page etc.  Certainly, you are welcome to stay with ETC655 groups to get updated.  We will use the same groups for upcoming ETC655 instructions.  If you would like to get updated on educational technology trends/news, job opportunity, and ETC Community events (such as ETC655 network training sessions), I encourage you to join

I know ETC655 is the most challenging course in ETC program.  Now you know course number (655) means something.  J ETC655 is to prepare us for "future learning."  8-week instructions are intensive. Learning through connecting and linking doesn't leave us much time to think and reflect.  I would like to use one quote to close our class:

Dov Seidman argued: "When you press the pause button on a machine, it stops. But when you press the pause button on human beings they start, you start to reflect, you start to rethink your assumptions, you start to reimagine what is possible and, most importantly, you start to reconnect with your most deeply held beliefs. Once you've done that, you can begin to reimagine a better path."

It has been a wonderful experience working with you.  If there is anything that I can be helpful professionally or personally, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I wish all of you a wonderful and safe holiday season.

Best wishes,

Chih Tu
