EETC655: Lesson 4: Instructor’s Notes #2: Use Zoom
Thanks to a few of our classmates who joined me on Thursday's Ultra session.
Here is the information for you.
Q: May we use Zoom to deliver the session?
A: Yes, you may use Zoom to deliver your network training session. Here are a few things that you need to do and to remember.
Notify the audiences:
- Notify all ETC655 students & the people who signed up your session of your Zoom meeting link with the Meeting ID and the passcode. When creating a Zoom meeting, the link may not contain the meeting ID and the passcode. Be sure the link works.
- ETC655 Email list: dlb322@nau.edu; maf352@nau.edu; ag3646@nau.edu; kh2437@nau.edu; gp336@nau.edu; lap43@nau.edu; lg599@nau.edu; tms635@nau.edu; ers282@nau.edu; ss2924@nau.edu; chih.tu@nau.edu
- See who signed up your session: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hifdArYIN1RBuRAAUOs0ECXRRelCsu_4GwhRNHJjAzU/edit?usp=sharing
- Before you start the session, post your ZOOM meeting link, ID, and passcode in ETC655 Collaborate Ultra to redirect the audiences. Post them on the whiteboard and in the chatroom. I will monitor the Ultra to direct the audiences to your session. The link in the white board is not clickable while the chat message may not be available for those who arrive in Ultra later in your chat post.
- Be sure to record the session and submit a copy of your recording to the BBLearn.
This is the true connectivity and linkage that we may use different tools but we achieve the same goals.
