IMPORTANT-READ: ETC655 Final Grade Posted
Dear ETC655 Students,
The final grades have been posted on BBLearn. Please review them as soon as possible and contact me if you have any questions by Wednesday, May 10th at 5 pm. Otherwise, I will assume you agree with the received grade.
I am impressed with your tenacity and indomitable spirit during our networked learning experience. Your perseverance has allowed you to successfully complete the most challenging course in the ETC curriculum.
As part of the service-learning component of ETC655, we have contributed to the ETC Open Education Series, which includes ETC Open Network Training Sessions, ETC OER eBooks, and the Pedagogy InfoDoc on Emerging Technology.
The ETC Open Network Training Sessions and ETC OER eBooks can be accessed through the following links: https://sites.google.com/site/etcnle/etc655-ebooks
Team 7 has provided both PDF and ePub formats, and I will convert it to Kindle format for those who wish to read it on their Kindle app.

In addition, I highly recommend that you save and print a copy of your grade book and syllabus, as well as your discussion postings. You may also want to download a copy of our course materials from the ETC655 Google Sites for your records. These sites are open educational resources that are updated each semester to reflect the latest trends in educational technology. I hope you will return to learn from upcoming students' network training sessions and Pedagogy InfoDocs, which are excellent professional development resources.
ETC655 is a competitive course that challenges your thoughts and actions in the ETC program. As we move to higher course numbers, like ETC655, the tasks become more challenging. This course is designed to prepare us for "future learning" and "learning for the future." While we cannot predict all eventualities, we can prepare ourselves for an uncertain future through intensive online learning instructions. Constant self-reflection and metacognition are crucial for embracing an open network learning approach. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me through. I would like to close our class with a quote.
Dov Seidman argued: "When you press the pause button on a machine, it stops. But when you press the pause button on human beings they start, you start to reflect, you start to rethink your assumptions, you start to reimagine what is possible and, most importantly, you start to reconnect with your most deeply held beliefs. Once you've done that, you can begin to reimagine a better path."
Please forward all future communication to my NAU email account at Chih.Tu@Nau.Edu.
It has been an amazing experience working with all of you, and I am extremely proud of your achievements. If there is anything I can do to assist you professionally or personally, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
Best wishes,
Chih Tu
